Approach
Throughout my career I have had the privilege of working with many different people and types of problems. I have learnt that talking to a professional can be powerful, but this on its own doesn’t always make the desired difference. This is because our body and mind are intrinsically connected and work together harmoniously, however, when they are out of balance it often causes mental and/or physical problems to occur. Integrating body and mind can transform your life in meaningful ways, therefore my approach is to pay attention to and help you be aware of what is happening in your body and mind. We work together to reconnect them so they are working in harmony once again. I work at your pace, respecting what your body and mind is ready and able to cope with. Working in this style can enable positive and long-lasting effects.
